Green Man

A community-owned local which hosts beer festivals and events throughout the year. It has two pool teams and darts is played in the public bar. There is a brewery next door, PumpHouse Community Brewery. In fact, this village is the only place in the UK to have a pub, brewery and shop all owned by the community. Meals may need booking, and group pre-booking of lunchtime meals is possible on weekday lunchtimes. Sunday lunch is served, fish and chips (including to take away) on Friday, and bacon rolls on Saturday.
