The pub is situated approximately 1/2 mile from town centre and boasts a friendly family orientated atmosphere. There is a small bar at the front of the building that offers a wide range of good old fashioned pub grub. To the rear of the building is a large bar where live entertainment is provided every Friday evening, ranging from male and female solo artists to 5 piece bands of all genres. The pub accommodates 5 darts teams, 3 pool teams and 2 football teams. The pub also boasts a �Children�s Outside Play Zone� with a Wendy House, various climbing frame.
