The is a traditional black beamed and white walled pub, with horse brasses and old photos adorning the wall. The low beamed ceilings give the pub a cosy atmosphere. The carpeted lounge provides a comfortable setting for a beer and a meal. There’s also a small, tiled public bar complete with a real fire for those cold winter months. On the bar there’s a good selection of ales. There’s an excellent good-valued menu including sandwiches, fresh fish, homemade pies and a changing specials board.
