A tardis-like corner pub right outside Chelmsford station, more visible now due to nearby development. Not surprisingly a railway theme dominates. Refurbished in February 2017, a long narrow pub with banks of handpumps at opposite ends of the central bar counter. There is even a small enclosed garden where you can listen to the station announcements and marvel at the ever changing mural. May stay open later on Sundays in the summer.
