Star Inn

The Star was bought and totally refurbished late in 2012, returning the pub to its former glories when it was a Guide regular. It has also gained a reputation for excellent food with a regularly changing menu. Originally three farm cottages, the interior has a traditional bar plus a lounge/diner and has flagstones throughout. Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome in the bar. The friendly locals will fill you in on some of the pub's history. Happy hour Friday 6-8pm.
