Pilot

With an established reputation for high quality food, wine and beer, the Pilot chooses its ales from a selection of some of the best Welsh breweries, alongside more unusual offerings from around the country. The four handpumps usually offer up to three ales and often one real cider. The front bar is dog-friendly, the outside seating at the front is pleasant on sunny days, and the rear restaurant is comfortable on cold days with its log fired stove. Because of its popularity, booking is recommended for peak times, and more traditional pub-seekers should be aware that many dogs and children may be present.
