Lorelei Hotel

Near the seafront and the Grand Pavilion, this hotel has been in the Good Beer Guide for 22 years and is a multiple award winner with good quality and value food (not Mondays). Four draught beers are available plus cider during the summer. Beer festivals are held twice a year on Grand National and Halloween weekends which are very popular with local residents and attract visitors from further afield. It was built around the end of the nineteenth century and during the First World War it was two separate buildings, one being used as a hospice for injured soldiers.
