Victorian pub in the village centre which was well refurbished by Charles Wells a few years back. Drinking areas form an 'L' around the bar, with the pool room up steps to the left and a larger area to the right leading to the rear patio. Food is freshly produced, locally sourced where possible, with a daily specials board and a Sunday carvery. Saturday breakfasts, 9-12.
A meat raffle is held on first Friday of the month. Quiz night each Sunday.
