Smokeworks Tap opened in April 2019 in a former hairdressers. It adjoins Smokeworks restaurant round the corner in Free School Lane. Relaxed, modern, pseudo-industrial interior decor with brass-fronted bar. The Tap offers the full food menu of the adjoining Smokeworks. Its bar opens at noon. 7 taps offer a range of interesting, some local, keg beers. The house beer, Smökevurks, is brewed for them by local BrewBoard brewery. The 8th tap dispenses Frizzante (Prosecco). The handpump offers Angry Wasp dry cider from the Cambridge Cider Company.
