Large, attractive, beamed-and-brassy pub which operates essentially as a restaurant. The extensive menu includes many fresh fish dishes - hence the maritime theme to the decoration in the bar area. There are two main dining areas, the Garden Room being especially pleasant. Despite being a free house, the beers are always supplied by Greene King, including the guest.
