George Inn

Early 18th century coaching inn set back from the road in its own grounds. Comfortable wood-beamed single bar with separate dining area. Greene King IPA is the regular ale. The other two handpumps serve ales from the Greene King guest list. Food is served every session (except Sunday evening). The adjoining barn has been converted into a restaurant and function room. Special culinary events are held including a pudding club. Open mic night the second Wednesday of the month.
