The Wildfowler comprises of a restaurant and a small public bar situated on the east coast of the Ards peninsula. It is a traditional style place with tilled and stone floor, exposed oak beams, and stained glass windows. The food is the main focus and is locally sourced. The real ale is on two handpumps, one in the public bar, and one in the restaurant. Real ale can be taken in the restaurant without purchasing a meal. A changing variety of ales are served all from Ards Brewing Company less than two miles away. Phone beforehand to check what is on. It also features a beer garden and a function room. Although the restaurant is open from 12, the public bar is mainly open from mid afternoon.
