A pub since 1821, rescued by Dawkins in 2008, with a downstairs bar and an upstairs lounge (also used for functions). The pub has cosy décor with many photos of film stars and is part of a Georgian terrace close to Clifton Suspension Bridge. Two-three Dawkins beers and two-three guest ales on offer from microbreweries nationwide, and a traditional cider. A large range of bottled Belgian beers is stocked plus 3-4 on tap. Curry night Monday, burger night Tuesday, in addition to food Friday and Saturday evenings, and roasts Sunday afternoon (booking advised). Quiz every 1st and 3rd Thursday, Sunday film nights. The rear garden is accessed from upstairs.
