Small and cosy 19th-century, Grade II-listed Dawkins tavern, tucked away just off the bottom of Whiteladies Road next door to the Clifton Lido. Seven pumps offer beers from the Dawkins Brewery and changing guests, including from independent breweries. Often includes a dark beer. Two real ciders available. Two beer festivals are held annually. Weekly quiz night every Tuesday. Discount applies to Dawkins pints only. Parking close by can be difficult.
