A landmark pub opposite the top of Eastville Park, despite the signage out side the pub has not been a Greene King pub for several years. A friendly, welcoming local pub. There are two pool tables (free games Tuesday and Thursday), and BT Sport TV events. There is a large beer garden, and the intent to add restaurant service later in 2021.
