A Hungry Horse Food Pub in the Valley Leisure Park and handy when visiting the nearby Cineworld Cinema. The pub nestles amongst mature trees and is near the confluence of Astley Brook, Eagley Brook and the River Tonge. A large open plan pub with many different seating areas (including a few booths with small screen TVs to entertain the kids!) and many outdoor seating areas. Note the large wooden ceiling 'A frame' and the small indoor 'Wacky Corner' which is free for the little ones to play in whilst waiting for their meals. Dogs are welcome in the outside seating areas. There is a large free car park surrounding the pub. The ice cream cabinet has a wide choice of ices to finish off your meal! Note that the cash machine inside the pub makes a charge for withdrawals.
