Groove Pad

The newest place in town! Opened on Saturday 21 August 2021 and located in the former Aagrah training centre and function room, Groove Pad is spread over two floors. The top floor is where the bar and stage is situated. This comprises an open-plan main room with an additional adjacent seating area near the entrance and more seating on a balcony. It has a modern minimalist feel befitting of a music bar. Live bands will perform on a regular basis. The bar has six handpulls with a regular house beer, Groove Pad Blonde, and five varying guests with one of these being reserved for strong beers. On the ground floor is a music/coffee shop. Here, musical instrument accessories can be purchased and it is possible to have guitar lessons. There are also a number of band rehearsal rooms.
