Station Masters House

Opened on 9 Jan 2021, this fish restaurant/takeaway and bar is, as the name indicates, located in the old Station Master's house next to the railway station. The bar opened later due to the Government restrictions at the start of 2021. The entrance to the restaurant and bar is located at the station side of the building whilst the fish & chip takeaway is access from the Park Road side. The bar is open plan but partitioned into different seating areas and is furnished in a simple, modern style but with plenty of wood to add warmth. Three handpulls on the bar serve a varying range of real ales. Five keg taps off two craft beers, two lagers and a cider. There is also an extensive back shelf for spirits and cocktails.
