This small, traditional, multi-roomed city centre pub, a former coaching inn, dates from the early 1800's. Cheap and cheerful with a bar area and three rooms, one large, one comfortable and one intimate. The interior has been refurbished without ruining its traditional atmosphere and pictures, photographs and drawings of old Bradford abound. A large sun-trap beer garden is located to the rear. Children are allowed in the bar until 5pm. Being a Samuel Smiths pub, there is a no swearing policy and the use of mobile devices within the establishment is banned.
