This family-run, traditional inn has nine en-suite bedrooms ideal for exploring the Forest of Bowland AONB. Either side of the central bar, with four ales on handpump, are comfortable lounges with real fires. Meals are served at lunchtimes and evenings from a home-cooked menu including daily changing specials. Check service times before travelling in winter. A 16th century court room, serving as a function room, can be viewed by request. A large beer garden is popular in summer.
