Former Whitbread estate pub rescued by the current landlord and backed by a passionate local community. Adjacent to Old Blackburnians FC, and to Pleckgate and Lammack playing fields. A meeting place for local sports teams including women's netball and hockey. The large open plan comfortable lounge is served from a bar with five hand pumps. Very popular quality live entertainment at weekends when the pub can get very busy.
