White Lion

Charming 17th century timber-framed building with Grade II status, the White Lion has been licensed since 1838. L-shaped lounge and dining area with a separate public bar, with lovely real fires. Dining area is light, airy and open plan. Quality British pub food with a French accent, served lunchtime and evening only. Quantity and quality of real ales is always of the highest level. The pub looks to rotate two beers every five-six months. Traditional country pub well worth a visit.
