Welcoming country pub a few miles north of Tamworth. Pedigree is the main ale, plus one or two guests from the Marston's portfolio. The comfortable lounge features fresh flowers on the table and a couple of decadent wing armchairs by the woodstove. The bar is pleasingly old-fashioned and basic, aside from a TV for sports.
