This friendly community-spirited village pub dates from the 18th century. The right side of the pub offers a lounge-cum-restaurant, while the main entrance takes you into a low-beamed bar warmed by a coal fire. There's a pool table to the rear, plus a devil among the tailors board in the bar. Beer terrace at the front, beer garden at the rear. Large function room available. Daytime-only bus service.
