Large estate pub, with a central island bar serving the areas surrounding it. The three hand pulls, serving a changing range of beers, are towards the rear. The ales tend towards mainstream but throw up the odd surprise. It's part of the Flaming Grill chain, so there's an emphasis on food, but it also attracts a fair drinking community. Large grassy beer garden with plenty of seating. Wednesday is quiz night. Pay & Display parking is refundable on ordering.
