Large historic former BMI building used to house the vast Sampson Gangee Library for the History of Medicine recently converted into a pub. It is an upmarket establishment with several drinking and dining areas. A range of ales is available, often featuring a lot of local brews, and they are proud of their food, wine and gin and whisky lists as well.
