Originally the Alma this pub changed name due to the nearby, closed but preserved, railway station. Situated adjacent to the Odyssey cinema this independent Grade II-listed pub reopened in 2015 after significant renovation and strives to stock at least one Herts ale. There is a pleasant contemporary feel with a menu of British classic dishes and Sunday roasts. Quiz every Tuesday and occasional poker nights. Annual Summer Beer Festival (July).
