Bar situated just off the main square in the centre of Huntly. Taken over in May 2017 by the legendary Harry Halkett, late of the Clifton Bar in Lossiemouth and then the short-lived Imperial in Elgin. Harry no longer runs the pub but still owns the building and rents out the premises to the current licensee. The pub consists of an original open, airy public bar and a small lounge at the rear. The ale can be found in the lounge and it is intended to completely refurbish the lounge and leave the traditional public bar as it is. Beer is served on key-keg and can probably be classed as real ale as Windswept beers are all un-fined and un-filtered. No food is served.
