Boars Head Inn

Close to Inverurie but well off the beaten track, this pub's main claim to fame is as the first ever winner of the CAMRA national pub of the year competition in 1989. The small bar is a haven for locals but is still welcoming to visitors. Sadly, recent reports have said no real ale is on sale.
