Cheers is accessed by a lane off the main street giving it quite an unassuming entrance. However, once you walk the short distance to the main door you come across a licensed premises which is deceiving in size and a bit like Dr Who's TARDIS. Outside bar is well sheltered and entertainment has included a hypnotist. Sports TVs are situated throughout the premises but volumes are at a reasonable level. Major expansion plans are in hand and will eventually offer additional accommodation and other outside areas. No longer selling real ale. Could not compete with nearby Wetherspoons.
